More details about the Samsung Galaxy S27, S27+, S27 Pro, and S27 Ultra leak | Infinium-tech

A rumor yesterday told us that Samsung is testing a new main camera sensor for the upcoming Galaxy S27 and Galaxy S27+, and it also reiterated the fact that the Galaxy S27 Pro and Galaxy S27 Ultra will have a 50MP ultrawide camera.

Today a new rumor again confirms the 50MP ultrawide, while also revealing that it’s using Sony’s IMX855 1/2.55-inch type sensor. The S27 Pro and S27 Ultra will also share a zoom camera, while the Ultra is now said to have two. It has the same setup as its predecessors, but earlier rumors claimed it would have a total of three cameras, only one of which would be a telephoto.

If it is successful, the second telephoto camera will be one of the differences between the S27 Pro and S27 Ultra. The rumor of a lack of S Pen in the former is another one. Both the S27 Pro and S27 Ultra are said to have a 16MP selfie camera with autofocus, and at least the Pro’s selfie snapper may get OIS as well.

The source of today’s rumor confirms the use of a new 50MP main camera in the S27 and S27+ with a Sony sensor. The Galaxy S27 family is expected to launch in early 2027. The four devices are codenamed NM1, NM2, NM3, and NM4, with “NM” standing for “new Marvel” or “next Marvel,” while the numbers go up as you’d expect – NM1 is the S27, NM2 is the S27+, NM3 is the S27 Pro, and NM4 is the S27 Ultra.
