Galaxy Z Fold8 wide appears in another dummy leak, this time in black | Infinium-tech
Two new leaks have emerged that offer another look at Samsung’s upcoming wide-screen foldable, rumored to be called the Galaxy Z Fold 8. One takes another look at a dummy unit of the device, while another compares its size and form factor to the Galaxy S26 Ultra.
We’ve already seen the Galaxy Z Fold8 dummy in white, and the latest leak gives us a chance to see it in black as well. According to a recent rumor, this shade could be called Graphite.

The dummy once again suggests that Samsung is sticking to the overall design language of the Galaxy Z Fold7, which includes a flat frame, flat edges, a slim profile, and a vertically aligned pill-shaped camera module. However, the main difference is its wider and smaller form factor.
This dummy is very similar to Apple’s upcoming foldable iPhone and the already available Huawei Pura X Max.
The Galaxy Z Fold8 dummy has been seen with a dual rear camera setup, which previous leaks suggest will have a 50MP primary camera and a 50MP ultrawide sensor.
The power and volume buttons are located on the right edge, while a USB Type-C port is at the bottom.
Elsewhere, well-known tipster Ice Universe shared a render comparing the Galaxy Z Fold8 to Samsung’s Galaxy S26 Ultra.

The comparison shows that the cover display of the Galaxy Z Fold8 is only slightly wider than the screen of the Galaxy S26 Ultra.
The Galaxy Z Fold8 is rumored to be unveiled at an Unpacked event on July 22 alongside the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, which is said to be the successor to the Galaxy Z Fold7 and Galaxy Z Flip8. Samsung is also expected to unveil the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 and Galaxy Watch9 at the event.
