Weekly poll results: iOS 26 is a mixed bag, new features liked better than the new look | Infinium-tech
Apple has divided opinions with its new iOS 26 – it introduced new features, but is also a part of a comprehensive effort to unite user experience in all Apple products. As we have mentioned in the previous week’s pole, the new OS version is only available as a developer beta – an open beta must be out in a few weeks, the possibility of stable release will coincide with the arrival of the iPhone 17 series.
What does the pole show? About half of the voters have liked something in iOS 26 updates. He said, it was mostly due to the new features launched in this version.
For liquid glass, the new integrated design language, which also has fans, but they are in minority. Positive impressions include better quality glass views than Vista, which are ever distributed and expanded adaptation options.
Negative opinion sees it as just a skin rather than a real major change for the UI. The computational requirements of the new UI (more battery drain and more heat) are also drawing Ire. And, of course, ease is a matter of concern – the good news on that front is that accessibility settings offer a togle to reduce the transparency of the UI.

There is also a large group of voters that are not happy with new features or newly-but the part of that group has just a common anti-hopes. Everyone, however, some long apple users see it as a bad direction for the UI.
“Waiting and see” the group is not as big, but Apple still has time to get the details between the Q4 and Q4 when the iOS 26 will be made available to the public on a large scale. The latter version will also continue recurrence on the design.
