vivo X Fold6 arrives with 200MP main cam and 7,000mAh battery | Infinium-tech
Vivo’s X Fold6 is the much-awaited successor to last year’s X Fold5 and it brings two major upgrades. The first is a 200MP Zeiss-branded main camera, with Samsung’s 1/1.4-inch HPB sensor. This is the same sensor used in the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro Telephoto, so we can expect solid performance here too.

While we are covering the camera, the other two sensors are a 50MP ultrawide and a 50MP telephoto (LYT602) with 3x optical zoom. Photography fans will also appreciate that the X Fold6 supports the optional ZEISS teleconverter G2, which provides a reach of up to 200mm.

Apart from the fancy cameras, the That’s a jump of 1,000mAh compared to its predecessor, while it still supports the same 80W wired and 40W wireless charging speeds.

You also get the updated IP58/IP59 ingress protection, which protects the device from dust and high-temperature pressurized water jets.
Talking about the display, we have a 6.5-inch Cover Display with 20.3:9 aspect ratio and 120Hz refresh rate. The main panel measures 8.02 inches and has a squarish 4:3.7 aspect ratio and the same 120Hz refresh rate. Both are AMOLED, and Vivo claims their maximum local brightness is 5,000 nits.

Under the hood, Vivo went with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 Super, paired with 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage.
The software front is covered by OriginOS 6 Fold based on Android 16. Vivo is adding a new Atomic Workbench multitasking feature, which allows users to run up to 5 apps simultaneously with each in its own window.

Vivo X Fold6 comes in blue, white and black colors. Prices start in China CNY 7,999 For ($1,175/€1,030 converted) 12/256GB versions and tops CNY 11,999 For ($1,763/€1,544 converted) 16GB RAM and 1TB storage version.
The device is now up for preorder on Vivo’s official online store and is scheduled to go on official sale on July 1. Detailed information about global availability has not been given yet.
