Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra to get a screen upgrade | Infinium-tech
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra is reportedly the successor to last year’s Galaxy Z Fold7, and is expected to be unveiled in London on July 22 alongside the Galaxy Z Fold8, Galaxy Z Flip8, Galaxy Watch9, and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2.
A new rumor from Ice Universe today suggests that the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra will come with a bump in screen resolution compared to the Galaxy Z Fold 7. Unfortunately, he didn’t mention what exactly the solution would be, just that it has been “significantly scaled up.” He also does not tell which screen will be beneficial.
For reference, the Galaxy Z Fold7 has a 1968×2184 resolution on the main folding screen and a 1080×2520 resolution on the cover screen. According to previous rumors, the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra will have minimal creases, a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, and a 5,000 mAh battery. It will reportedly be available in Cream, Graphite, Green Shadow, and Violet Shadow colors with 256GB/512GB/1TB storage.
