vivo V60 hands-on – GSMArena.com news | Infinium-tech
Vivo introduced Vivo V60 at an event in New Delhi, India a few days ago, unveiled in February. We got our hand on one, so let’s see what to offer to the latest mid-ranger of Vivo.
The retail box of Vivo V60 looks the same as the V50, and it comes with a SIM Ejector Tool, a few documents, a charging cable, a power adapter and a black protective case.

The front has a 6.77 “120Hz FullHD+ Quad-Kreshed AMOLED screen, which can display 1.07 billion colors and has HDR 10+ support. The performance is now protected by Scott Zension Core Glass and is bright compared to the panel of V50 as it has a maximum gloss of 1,500 NITs, while the pelvic brightest reaches 5,000 NITS.
The V60 display has a concentrated punch-hand for the 50MP selfie camera that is co-developed with Zes. Vivo did not share its sensor name, but discovered that the camera has a fov of 92 The and the group enables selfie capture on 0.8X magnification for selfie. It can also record videos in 4K resolution on 30 FPS, such as a primary camera.
The V60 performance is an optical fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication. It was early to install it, and we found that it was sharp and accurate in a short time spent with the smartphone. However, we must have liked that it should be kept slightly higher for better revolution and more convenient phone-unlocked experience.
Fold the Vivo V60 around, and you will see three cameras instead of two that we had on V50 with a separate camera island design. The V50 had a 50MP primary and an ultravide camera of 50MP on the rear, while V60 sports 50MP primary, 50MP periscope telephoto and 8MP ultravide camera (120˚ fov).
Vivo V60’s rear cameras are also co-developed with Zes. 50MP Primary Camera – In OIS – Sony uses the IMX766 sensor, while the 50MP periscope telephoto unit, which also contains OIS, uses Sony IMX882 sensor. This is the same sensor used by Vivo for the X200 Periscope Telephoto Unit. It provides 3x optical zoom and up to 100x digital zoom.

It is also worth noting that the Vivo V60’s telephoto camera had gone with an M -splash – as it did on the X200 fe – instead of the setup of the L -Acar, to ensure that the camera is not much. After all, it is already quite large that when used on a flat surface to make v60 wobble.
Vivo did not tell us which sensor was used for this ultravide camera.

Vivo V60 is with a circular flashlight called the back cameras Aura Light. This can change your color temperature and intensity so that you allow you to take photos under different circumstances, and you can set it into an auto or adjust it manually.
Like V50, V60 also comes with Zeiss Bokeh effect, but now supports five focal lengths for pictures – 23 mm (1x), 35 mm (1.5x), 50 mm (2.2x), 85 mm (3.7x), and 100 mm (4.3x). And when the V50 came with an Indo-Ananya Wedding Portrait Studio feature, the V60 comes with an Indo-Ananya Wedding Vlog feature. Vivo says that it can be accessed through micro movie settings in the default camera app, but we could not find it on our Indian model.
Whatever you get with Vivo V60 is 10x telephoto stage portrait, which is clear by name, people have to catch on stage on concerts and similar events. Vivo says that it also keeps the features of the facial and clothing sharp while maintaining the natural skin tone “in the 10x zoom”. If you are wondering why 10X zoom, Vivo said that 98% of their users zoom within the 10x range, “This makes an ideal sweet place for everyday telephoto photography.”
Another camera features Vivo V60 that does not have V50, AI is a four -season picture that we first saw at X200 Fe. This lets you add virtual elements to your paintings to make spring, heat, autumn and winter seasonal vibes.
He said, the previous cover of Vivo V60, which has three cameras, covered with a glass or plastic mixed sheet based on the model you received. The smartphone falls in the way of Mist Gray, auspicious gold and moonlight blue, the third is the subject of this hand.
The moonlight blue model of Vivo V60 is the most thick and heaviest of three versions, which weighs a thickness of 7.75 mm and 201 grams. Its back cover is made of glass, like a auspicious gold model, while the rear panel of Mist Gray version is made of plastic composite sheet, which makes it the thinnest and lightest in three colors.
The moonlight blue version of Vivo V60 is the most unique looking model among three colors. This is a good in-hand feel, and its rear panel was not smooth during the time when we spent it with it. However, the author of this article would have preferred a back cover with a curvature for a more comfortable in-hand feel.
V60 plastic frames are shiny and slightly curved. The phone has a volume rocker and power button on the right-side frame, and at the bottom is the USB-C port, which is flanks by a speaker grill, primary microphone and a SIM card slot. The top is the top IR blaster, which is included by the secondary mike.
The Vivo V60 Snapdragon 7 GEN 4 is powered by Gen 4 SOC and has 16GB LPDDR4X RAM and 512GB UFS 2.2 storage onboard. The smartphone booted Android 15 with Funtouch OS 15 at the top and comes with a promise of four -year OS upgrade and six -year security updates. This was not only promised by Vivo for V50 (OS upgrade’s 3 -year + 4 -year security update), but Vivo’s recent X series smartphones (4 -year OS upgrade + 5 years security update). that’s impressive!
Software experience you get the X200 Fe Running Funtouch OS 15, and the blotware has been kept minimum. Our Indian Vivo V60 came with about half a dozen pre-installed third-party apps, which you can uninstall if you want.
Vivo V60 is fuel by 6,500 mAh SI/C battery with 90W wired charging support. The remaining highlights of the Vivo V60 include dual stereo speakers, NFC, IP68 and IP69 ratings and underwater photography support.
