Xiaomi 13T Pro and Poco F5 are now receiving HyperOS 3 | Infinium-tech
Xiaomi 13T Pro and Poco F5 owners around the world are reporting that the HyperOS 3 update is now being pushed. Interestingly, this is not the first HyperOS 3 update for the Xiaomi 13T Pro. The device received it more than a month ago, but the software was immediately withdrawn due to random bootloops and reboots.
Hopefully, the issue has been resolved by now, and the new HyperOS 3 update based on Android 16 is stable enough for users to install it. If you still haven’t received any notification about the update, you can check manually through the Settings menu. Of course, the 13T Pro receives HyperOS 3 based on Android 16.
The Poco F5, on the other hand, is only getting HyperOS 3 overhaul without the underlying Android 16 OS, which means it is based on Android 15. This is because the Poco F5 has already received two major OS updates since its release, so Xiaomi is now just putting its custom skin on top without the latest Android.
