The Galaxy S26 Ultra’s RAM type revealed | Infinium-tech
Famous Samsung Insider Snow universe Share the RAM details of the upcoming S26 Ultra in a post on X.
He shared that the Galaxy S26 Ultra would have 10.7GBPS LPDDR5X RAM, which is similar to the Galaxy S25 Ultra. It is not clear whether the capacity will change because the first Galaxy S20 has not been upgraded since 2020.
Now, 12GB is more than enough, and it is unlikely that you will run out of RAM on your phone under normal conditions.
But in recent years, competing Android Flagship has normalized 16 GB RAM as a base, and some are high as 24 GB. Therefore, if the S26 Ultra will actually have 12GB, it will be less than the choice of Xiaomi Ultra, OnePlus 15, Pixel 10 series of Google and other rivals.
Currently, only the iPhone is still using less than 12GB on 8GB.
