Teaser videos take the Oppo Find X9 Ultra on adventures in Kyrgyzstan and Iceland | Infinium-tech
The Oppo Find X9 Ultra is almost here – it will be officially unveiled tomorrow, April 21st. Until then, the company has been posting teasers and videos to build hype for its camera flagship. Oppo’s YouTube page recently featured a number of videos that show off what the X9 Ultra can do in the hands of professionals.
In the first video below, photographer Jerome and explorer Guile traveled to Kyrgyzstan to capture the perfect shot – an eagle hunter in the mountains with the moon in the sky. The team shot at 600 mm (using a 300 mm Hasselblad add-on lens) to make the Moon appear huge.
The next video takes us to Iceland where the Oppo Find X9 Ultra was used for filming on handhelds, motorized jibs, and even drones. In the process, the team took advantage of the TILTA Chronos Creator Kit, which has a grip and an adjustable handle, as well as multiple mounting options — and, of course, a way to attach an ND filter or a 300mm lens.
Videos were shot in 8K 10-bit with O-Log2. 3D LUTs were used to preview the final look of the video while still on location.
The next video focuses solely on the TILTA Khronos kit and shows the various add-ons and mounting options it enables.
Finally, here’s a brief description that shows off the phone’s 10x zooming capabilities without the need for any add-ons.
