Samsung strongly hints at Galaxy Z Fold8, Z Fold8 Ultra, and Z Flip8 unveiling date | Infinium-tech
Some rumors so far have suggested that Samsung will hold its next big Unpacked event on July 22 in London, and now the company itself is strongly hinting at the fact that this is the exact date.
In Malaysia, Samsung is offering its loyal fans a special MYR 700 ($171) discount “on the purchase of their next Galaxy Fold.” It will be available on the Samsung Members App from July 22 to October 4.
The fact that codes are scheduled to start appearing on July 22 is almost an official confirmation that this is indeed the date of the next Unpacked event. So it is expected that the company will soon start sending official invites for this.
The Galaxy Z Fold8 is rumored to be Samsung’s first wide foldable, designed to compete directly with the upcoming iPhone Ultra, which is expected to be unveiled in September. The Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra is rumored to be the successor to the Galaxy Z Fold7, while the Galaxy Z Fold7 is quite a confusing name, while the Flip8 will apparently be the successor to last year’s Flip7.
