Samsung releases new Galaxy S26 series teasers highlighting camera upgrades | Infinium-tech

The Samsung Galaxy S26 series is rumored to launch on February 25, although Samsung has not yet officially confirmed the date. That said, the company has started teasing the upcoming lineup, releasing three videos that highlight camera improvements.

Samsung is teasing advanced zoom and low-light video capabilities on the Galaxy S26 series. In the first teaser video, a user is shown zooming in on a dog sitting inside a car, the footage shows that the zoom level is even more than 10x.

However, the teaser notes that the images include an AI-generated background.

The Galaxy S26 Ultra is rumored to offer a 50MP periscope telephoto with 5x optical zoom and a 10MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom. The Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+, on the other hand, are rumored to either get an upgraded 12MP 3x telephoto camera or retain the 10MP telephoto unit from the Galaxy S25 series.

In the other two teaser videos, Samsung appears to be highlighting improved low-light video performance.

Notably, the Galaxy S26 Ultra is likely to feature an advanced 200MP primary rear camera with an f/1.4 aperture.

The Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra are expected to debut on February 25, with sales expected to begin in March. Depending on the region, Samsung is likely to power the lineup with either the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC or its in-house Exynos 2600 chipset.
