Samsung, Apple, Infinix and Honor win GLOMO awards at MWC 2026 | Infinium-tech
As the 2026 edition of the Mobile World Congress (MWC) comes to a close in Barcelona, Spain, the GSM Association (GSMA), the organizer of the event, has released its traditional GLOMO Awards.
This year, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra won the “Best Display” award, even though it was not announced at MWC. Similarly, the “Best Smartphone” award went to the iPhone 17 Pro series, which was released in September last year. And those are not just one but two devices that are winning the title of Best Smartphone Singular However, who are we to judge?
In the entry-level “Best Device” category, GLOMO went to the Infinix Hot 60 Pro+, which was revealed in July last year. Honor won “Disruptive Device Innovation” for its “implementation and commercialization of silicon carbon battery technology”, as if it is the only brand to have done so.
