Realme GT 7 Pro display detailed ahead of launch | Infinium-tech
The Realme GT 7 series is set to launch in China on November 4, but Realme has decided to unveil one of the phone’s key features – its Samsung Echo² OLED Plus display.
It is an 8T LTPO panel that removes the polarization layer found in traditional OLED panels while also enhancing contrast and visibility. Realme claims that the panel on the GT7 Pro can reach a global peak brightness of over 2,000 nits and a local peak brightness of over 6,000 nits.

What’s more impressive is that regardless of brightness levels, the new panel consumes 52% less power than the Realme GT 6. Realme has also confirmed that the GT 7 Pro covers 120% of the DCI-P3 color gamut – a first in the industry.
The Samsung-made panel offers hardware-level full-brightness DC dimming with a 1 fps low-flicker rate with consistent colors even in low brightness scenarios. It is also HDR-certified and supports Dolby Vision.
The display on the GT7 Pro will have a trendy quad-curve that mimics a traditional flat display. It will also support Qualcomm ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
