PlayStation 5 Pro is now available globally, with some exceptions | Infinium-tech
Sony unveiled the PlayStation 5 Pro in September, and now it’s finally becoming available worldwide. Well, almost. There are still countries where it is not being sold – India being the most notable among them.
Sony’s official stance on the matter is as follows: “The PS5 Pro will not be available in certain countries (which currently includes India) where the 6GHz wireless band used in IEEE 802.11be (Wi-Fi 7) has not yet been approved. Permission has not been granted”.
