Oppo promises dedicated one-on-one support if you buy a Find X9 or Find X9 Pro | Infinium-tech
Oppo launched the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro in China in mid-October and then globally at the end of the month. Now, the company is announcing that those who purchase the Find X9 series handsets will receive dedicated one-on-one support and special priority service at Oppo service centers in international markets.

Both of these are available in select countries and regions including Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, and Mexico. There will be one-on-one support through online platforms like WhatsApp, Line and Zalo, which you can use to access real-time product and service consultation from their dedicated service butlers.

These butlers are trained “as experts to handle the wide range and depth of customer enquiries”. Oppo says they all have an average of more than five years of experience serving premium phone users and have “expertise in the areas of quality, complaints and technical support”.
Butlers can connect directly with Oppo engineers for feedback, with a response and resolution guaranteed within twelve hours. Butlers can also help schedule appointments at service centers or arrange for convenient pick-up and delivery repair services. Additionally, they support users by “actively sharing useful information such as schedules for the latest system upgrades, notifications about new updates and features, practical tips, and special offers.”
