OnePlus Open Apex Edition arrives on August 7 in Crimson Shadow | Infinium-tech
OnePlus is preparing to introduce a new color for its first foldable smartphone, the Open. It will be called Crimson Shadow, and the company says it represents the signature “Never Settle” red. As you can see, there is a fake leather texture on the back.
However, the OnePlus Open in Crimson Shadow will not be a regular OnePlus Open. Instead, it is billed as the OnePlus Open Apex Edition. This makes us think that it will come with better RAM and storage, but this is just our guess, the company itself has not revealed anything else at this time.
Still, we have our eyes on the upcoming color, which can be seen on its own above and alongside the existing OnePlus Open colorways – Emerald Dusk and Voyager Black – below.
The OnePlus Open is currently being offered internationally with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, so we are wondering if this Apex Edition will have more than 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. All the details will be revealed in just six days, so stay tuned.
