Latest report contradicts previous rumors about vivo V60’s launch date and OS | Infinium-tech
Last week, we heard that Vivo V60 will be launched in India on August 19 with Originos, making it the country’s first Vivo smartphone, which is going to run Funtouch OS instead of origin, which is currently China-exclusive. A new report refutes the leaks that Vivo V60 will debut in India on August 12 and will run Funtch OS based on Android 16.
Additionally, the source claims that the Vivo V60 will be operated by Snapdragon 7 General 4 SOC and UFS 2.2 storage onboard without specifying storage capacity. The smartphone will have a 6.67 “120Hz 1.5k AMOLED display with 1,300-NIT peak brightness.
Vivo v60 leak render
The Vivo V60 states that there are four cameras – a 50mp selfie camera on the front and a triple camera setup on the rear, including 50mp primary, 50mp periscope telephoto (3x optical), and 8MP ultravide unit.
Another rumor glasses of Vivo V60 include 6,500 mAh battery, 90W charging, an in-display fingerprint scanner and stereo speaker. The smartphone is also rumored to have IP68 and IP69 ratings and is expected to be priced between INR37,000 ($ 430/€ 365) and INR40,000 ($ 465/€ 395).
If all of this seems familiar, this is because Vivo V60 is expected to be a version of the Vivo S30, which was launched in China in May.
