iOS 18 rolling out today, here’s the list of supported iPhones | Infinium-tech

iOS 18 is officially rolling out to users around the world today and we’ve gathered all the supported iPhones that are eligible for the software update. The big update is scheduled to go live for millions of users around the world at the same time at 10AM PT/1PM ET/5PM UTC time.

iOS 18 will start from today, here is the list of supported iPhones

The oldest supported iPhones on the list are the iPhone XR, XS, and XS Max, which launched six years ago, in September 2018. As long as you have an iPhone that launched in 2018 or later, you’ll see the big new update in your Settings. As always, the update may take some time to show up on your device as it’s rolling out to millions of users at the same time. You can go here Settings -> General -> Software Update And check if iOS 18 update is available.

By the way, if security patches are all you’re concerned about, you don’t need to update your device to iOS 18. Apple will continue rolling out the latest security updates to devices that are on iOS 17.7, which is launching today.

It’s also worth noting that Apple Intelligence won’t be part of iOS 18. It will arrive next month with iOS 18.1, the exact date of which is TBA. This is for the US, if you’re in the EU or China, don’t expect to get those AI features on your iPhone anytime soon.
