Honor Play 80 Plus arrives with SD 4 Gen 4 and 7,500mAh battery | Infinium-tech
The third entry in the Honor Play 80 series is here with the Play 80 Plus. It joins the Play 80 and Play 80 Pro, which were announced in China earlier this year, and brings a larger 7,500mAh battery with Qualcomm. Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 Chipset

The Play 80 Plus is built around a 6.61-inch TFT LCD with HD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 1,010 nits peak brightness. The panel also gets a 5MP front-facing camera inside the punch hole cutout. On the rear, we have a 13MP camera with an f/1.8 aperture that supports video recording up to 1080p.

Honor has packed a 7,500mAh battery in the Play 80 Plus, which has a video playback capacity of up to 20 hours and Honor claims that it will remain healthy up to 80% after 6 years of usage. It supports 45W wired charging and reverse charging capabilities.
Play 80 Plus gets Snapdragon 4th Gen 4 chip and AI button
The phone boots MagicOS 10.0 based on Android 16 and comes with Honor’s AI suite. It has a physical AI shortcut key, which can be used to summon the AI assistant and quick-launch shortcuts and apps. You also get IP64 ingress protection.

The Honor Play 80 Plus comes in Aquamarine, Black and Gold colours. Prices start in China CNY 1,699 For ($249/€213 converted) 6/128GB The version goes up to CNY 2,099 For ($307/€263 converted) 8/256GB trim.
