Xiaomi Pad Mini is the first compact tablet under its brand name of Xiaomi for some time. Regardless of its small size, the pad mini is a premium tablet and is ready to exclude it with the choice of Apple iPad Mini.
Our review unit is the gray version and comes in the 12/512 GB configuration. It ships with USB-A to USB-C cable and 67W charger.
You can get pad mini with Xiaomi’s focus pen and pad mini cover.
The cover comes in the same white color. It has a 1.3 mm PC shell, combined with 0.5 mm soft PU layer.
The integrated rubber band at the back has given a good move to its sleeve. It is fasted with metal rivets and can sit flush with the case or can be used as a hand grip or kickstand for tablets in landscape mode.
Focus pen is compatible with Xiaomi’s pad 6s Pro 12.4, Pad 7, and Pad 7 Pro. It supports 8192 levels of pressure and a touch sample rate of 240Hz. The pen looks big and very solid in the hand. There are three buttons on this for spotlight search, screenshots and writing.
Just snap it on the edge of the pad mini and you will find a sign to connect.
