vivo X300s confirmed to debut soon, key specs revealed | Infinium-tech
Vivo has confirmed that it will soon unveil the X300s in China. The company has also revealed some key specifications of the handset, which was recently leaked to be called X300 Max. The upcoming ‘s’ variant is likely to go official alongside the Vivo X300 Ultra.
The confirmation came from Vivo product manager Han Boxiao, who shared the details on Weibo. The Vivo X300s will be a bigger and better version of the standard X300.
It will feature a flat 6.78-inch AMOLED display using a BOE Q10+ panel. The screen will support 144Hz refresh rate, 1.5K resolution, and Circular Polarization Light 2.0 technology, which is said to provide better eye protection.

Additionally, the phone will come with a 751440 vibration motor that is said to provide better haptic feedback.
Notably, the Vivo executive also confirmed that the X300s will feature a 200MP main rear camera, but did not provide any additional details about the rest of the camera system.
According to recent leaks, the handset may be equipped with Dimensity 9500 SoC. It is rumored that it will have a 50MP periscope telephoto camera, 7,000mAh battery and IP69 rating.
