vivo X300 runs Geekbench, confirms its chipset | Infinium-tech
Vivo is expected to launch the X300, X300 Pro and possibly X300 Pro Mini in the fourth quarter of this year (October to December). Next to her, today the ‘Vanilla’ X300 model has been seen in the Geekbench database.
The benchmark run confirms the fact that it will appoint MediaTek’s upcoming Demistance 9500 chipset, which is expected to unveil MediaTek in September. The benchmark that runs in the prototype (model number V2509A) was paired with 16GB RAM. The phone naturally run Android 16, as it is expected to launch that version.

The X300 managed 2,352 single-core score and 7,129 multi-core score in Geekbench 6.3.0 for Android, but as we usually say do not take such benchmark results seriously by -otype equipment, they are still in active growth.
Interestingly, the benchmark run shows that the CPU of Demistance 9500 has a prime core at 4.21 GHz, three cores are located at 3.5 GHz, and are seen at four 2.7 GHz, while GPU is identified as Mali-G1-Aultra MC12.
