vivo X Fold4 to be delayed | Infinium-tech
Vivo’s next foldable smartphone is reportedly delayed, according to a prolific Chinese leakster who takes to the digital chat station on Weibo. Interestingly, he also says that there is only one device in development currently, so it looks like we won’t be getting a vanilla model and Pro next year like we did in 2024.
The X Fold4 will arrive a little later this year than the
Vivo X Fold3 Pro
The X Fold4 features a 6,000 mAh battery with wireless charging support, two ultrasonic fingerprint sensors (one embedded in each screen), IPX8 water resistance, and a three-stage camera button.
There will be a round center camera island on the back that will house a 50 MP main camera, a 50 MP ultrawide and a 50 MP 3x zoom periscope telephoto macro camera. At the end of his post DCS once again highlights the fact that we can expect “extreme thinness” from Vivo’s next folding phone, whenever it eventually arrives.
