Vertu Agent Q is official but quite hard to buy | Infinium-tech
As expected, Vertu has made the Agent Q smartphone official today at Harrods in London. The phone comes with a 6.02″ AMOLED screen with 1080×2340 resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC (and this is the “Supreme” higher-end version), 16GB of RAM, 512GB/1TB of storage, and a 5,565 mAh battery with 65W wired charging support.

It has a 50 MP main camera with OIS, which has a focal length of 35 mm and uses Sony’s IMX906 sensor with a variable f/1.59-4.0 aperture, a 50 MP ultrawide camera with 2.5 cm super macro capability and OmniVision’s 1/2.88″ OV50D with 122-degree field of view. The sensor used is a 64 MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom and OIS. Using OmniVision OV64B sensor. For selfie you get a 32MP snapper.

The Agent Q has dual stereo speakers with DTS Ultra, a dedicated hardware encryption chip, and you get 10TB of cloud storage when you buy it. According to the official press release, Ruby Keys has been reborn as Ruby Talk, with a single press adding “the AIGS Network, a distributed network of more than 200 specialized agents ready to execute commands.” So basically Vertu’s human concierge service has been replaced by AI “agents”, but thankfully you can fall back to the human concierge 24/7 when the AI fails.

The Agent Q is “wrapped in immaculate crocodile leather, adorned with a falcon-wing SIM chamber, and perfected via a Swiss hinge, 320 hand-assembled components, U-shaped seamless structure, thick gold plating, and a ceramic cushion”, whatever that means. In case you were wondering, “it’s not the design”, “it’s the function”.

Price has not been announced. You can purchase Agent Q exclusively from Harrods in London, which represents “a return to the spiritual home of Vertu – the pinnacle of luxury, now combined with unprecedented innovation”.
