Today we bring you the first look – the new Honor Magic V6 in red. Honor will share full details on Sunday, but for now let’s take a look at some pictures.
The Honor Magic V6 will make its debut at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on March 1. This red model is something special. It has a textured surface on the back panel that feels like suede under your finger (especially under your nail).
When viewed directly the red color is contrasting and deep. Tilt the phone at an angle, however, and the threads in the panel begin to change color and contrast. Press the back panel just the right way under typical lighting, and the deep, saturated red begins to fade and turn into an almost light brown.

Otherwise, the Magic V6 looks very similar to its predecessor. Its size and weight also seem to be the same, which is no bad thing, as the Magic V5 is one of the thinnest and lightest foldables out there.
