Snapdragon 8 Elite rules AnTuTu with Apple A18 Pro defying score | Infinium-tech
On Monday, Qualcomm is finally announcing the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, previously known as the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4. Now, a prototype Realme GT7 Pro has been leaked showing an AnTuTu score of 3,025,991, a record-breaking result.
This puts it well ahead of Apple’s A18 Pro (which managed about 1.65 million points) as well as MediaTek’s recently unveiled Dimensity 9400, which was in the 2.8 million range last time we checked. Had managed to score.
The Snapdragon 8 Elite is rumored to come in two iterations, a base with two cores clocked at up to 4.09 GHz and six at up to 2.78 GHz, and a premium option with two cores clocked at up to 4.32 GHz. Both versions have Adreno 830 GPU and are built on TSMC’s 3nm process.
The Snapdragon 8 Elite has scored very favorably in Geekbench before, so it’s looking like a very solid contender indeed, and it’s clearly coming with a big generational leap in performance compared to its predecessor. .
