Screenshots confirm the two battery capacities for the Honor Magic V6 | Infinium-tech
The Honor Magic V6 will be available in two versions – one with BeiDou satellite messaging and one without. However, there is an even bigger difference between the two.
The Magic V6, with model number PNM-AN20, will have satellite connectivity, as well as a massive 7,150mAh battery – the largest battery ever on a foldable! It will also support an equally impressive 120W fast charging. There has only been one foldable that has progressed this fast.
The version without satellite connectivity, the PNM-AN10, will have a smaller 6,850mAh battery and support slower (but still pretty fast overall) 80W charging.
Two versions of Honor Magic V6: • PNM-AN20 (satellite) • PNM-AN10 (no satellite)
That’s still more than the Honor Magic V5 – the international model has a 5,820mAh battery, while the Chinese model has a larger 6,100mAh battery, and both support 66W wired charging (plus 50W wireless).
The satellite-enabled PNM-AN20 will come in 12GB/256GB and 16GB/1TB. As seen in the screenshot, the PNM-AN10 is getting a 16GB/512GB configuration and should also come in 12GB/256GB since it is the base model.
Honor Magic V6 Design
The C1+ wireless chip and E2 power management chip, which were developed in-house at Honor, can also be seen in the screenshot. As expected, the phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. The V6 is expected to have a 200MP main camera.
Honor has confirmed that it will be showcasing the Honor Magic V6 at MWC. The Robot Phone will also be in attendance (a more functional model than what we saw at CES).
After all, last week the Magic V6 was spotted in the hands of Winter Olympics gold medalist Xu Mengtao. Honor has now made it official with this teaser video:
