Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition to have S Pen support after all | Infinium-tech

Samsung’s much-hyped Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, which until recently was known as the Galaxy Z Fold Slim or Galaxy Z Fold Ultra, will indeed have S Pen support, according to a new rumor today.

This contradicts a previous rumor that claimed it wouldn’t support Samsung’s stylus. Of course, we can’t guarantee the validity of either of these rumors, so take both with a grain of salt.

Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition will finally have S Pen support

Also, keep in mind that supporting the S Pen doesn’t necessarily mean the phone will have a dedicated internal slot for the stylus, just that you’ll be able to use it on the device — similar to how you can on the Galaxy Z Fold6.

Unfortunately, such foldables do not have enough internal space to integrate the S Pen like the S24 Ultra. Or else, if it did, either the battery capacity would be greatly reduced or the size of the phone would increase greatly – or both.

The Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition will have a 200 MP main camera, and will be just 4.9 mm thick when opened and 10.6 mm thick when folded. Its inner screen will be 8”, while the cover display will be 6.5”.
