Samsung restarts Galaxy Buds3 Pro shipments | Infinium-tech
Samsung launched the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro last month, but ran into a serious issue when it began shipping the wearables. Early adopters experienced silicone tip plastic breakage, which led the company to suspend all sales.
Today came the good news that the issue has apparently been resolved and the company has resumed shipping its flagship buds in Europe and the United States.
Samsung representatives confirmed that the problem was related to quality control. Now that all units have gone through the enhanced process, they are on their way to their new owners.
Users who pre-ordered the Buds 3 Pro but haven’t received it should check the status of their audio accessory, while those who were hesitant to pre-order can buy them now.
The Buds 3 Pro come with a new design that now has stems, which Samsung insists on calling blades, with LED strips running down the side.
Our Galaxy Buds 3 Pro review is ongoing and you should expect to read our findings soon.
