Samsung is making some changes to its flagship tablet lineup this year – both Galaxy Tab S10 slates will use the Dimensity 9300+ instead of a traditional Snapdragon chipset (in case you haven’t heard, there won’t be a vanilla Tab S10). However, some things will remain the same – like the charging speeds of both slates.

Last year’s Galaxy Tab S9 models support 45W charging. Certification details coming from China’s 3C reveal that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ (SM-X820) and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra (SM-X926C) will also charge at 45W.

The certification states that the slates will be sold without a charger (no surprise there), so you’ll need your own USB-PD charger – according to the 3C listing, the tablets require 10V and 4.5A. There’s no information on battery capacity, but we don’t expect major changes from the Tab S9 series.

Samsung hasn’t set an official date for the unveiling of the Tab S10 series, but current expectations are for an October launch. We’ve seen some potential renders of the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra and it looks very similar to the Tab S9 Ultra, at least from the outside.
