Samsung Galaxy S26’s replacement seemingly confirmed | Infinium-tech
Yesterday we heard that Samsung may resume its major naming next year, ‘Vanilla’ is not launching the Galaxy S26 model, instead a Galaxy S26 Pro (S26+will replace the S26+at the top of rumors claiming the S26 age).
Today, the Galaxy S26 Pro replaced the S26 theory and has taken up even more steam, as a tool with the name Galaxy S26 Pro is caught in the IMEI database of the GSM Association. It has model number SM-S942U1, and SM-S942 is still associated with Galaxy S26.
Now only it seems that there will be no one else, as Samsung has changed its mind about the name in the meantime (there is an IMEI entry under the Galaxy S26 name for a similar model number, but it is old).
The biggest secret is whether this Galaxy S26 Pro will be just one S26 under a different name, or if he will get some imagination upgrade to that Pro name. There are also mumblings about a price increase compared to the Galaxy S25, which will not surprise us. We will tell you that when we find out more.
