Samsung Galaxy S24 FE unboxing video leaks along with US pricing | Infinium-tech
Samsung’s Galaxy S24 FE was previously rumored to arrive next month, then last week we heard it could arrive this week, but that hasn’t happened yet. In the meantime, the phone continues to leak, as has been the case for quite some time now.
An official unboxing video has been released by the legendary leakster Evan Blass On the X. This confirms the spartan box, as well as the fact that it’s black cardboard. You’re not getting a charger, but hopefully by this point you weren’t expecting it anyway. The S24 FE will be offered in blue, graphite, gray, mint, and yellow.
The video promises “the most powerful camera ever in the Galaxy FE series” with “spectacular low-light portraits.” The camera system is made up of a 50 MP main shooter, 12 MP ultrawide, 8 MP 3x optical zoom telephoto, and a 10 MP selfie snapper.
It will feature Samsung’s own Exynos 2400e chipset, which is essentially an underclocked version of the Exynos 2400. The display measures 6.7 inches with a maximum brightness of 1,900-nits and Gorilla Glass Victus+ on top, while the battery capacity is 4,700 mAh.
The device is IP68 rated for dust and water resistance, and will support Galaxy AI. A different leakIt will start at $649 in the US with 128GB of storage. If you want the version with 256GB, you’ll have to pay $709. This pricing represents a $50 hike compared to last year’s Galaxy S23 FE when it launched.
A similar price hike was also rumoured in Europe earlier this month, where the device will be 50 euros more expensive than its predecessor.
