Samsung Galaxy M17 debuts in India as a rebadged Galaxy F17/A17 | Infinium-tech
Samsung unveiled its latest M-series phones in India. The Galaxy M17 is the M variant of the Galaxy F17, which was launched last month as the rebadged Galaxy A17. This makes the M17 the third edition of the same phone.
The only differentiating factors are the colors available – Moonlight Silver and Sapphire Black, as well as the pricing, which starts at INR 12,499 ($141) For the 4/128GB model, that makes the M17 the most affordable entry of the three. Samsung is also offering a 6/128GB trim INR 13,999 And for 8/128GB INR 15,499,
The Galaxy M17 has the same camera setup as the Galaxy F17 and A17 models.
To recap the specifications, the Galaxy M17 brings a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display (FHD+ 90Hz), Exynos 1330 chipset, and a 5,000mAh battery with 25W wired charging. On the back is a 50MP main camera with a 5MP ultrawide lens and a 2MP depth helper. The Galaxy M17 comes with One UI 7.0 based on Android 15 and gets 6 years of software and security updates.
The Samsung Galaxy M17 is set to go on open sale from October 13 via Samsung India and partner retailers.
