Samsung Galaxy A26 renders leak showing one key upgrade | Infinium-tech
Samsung launched the Galaxy A25 in December last year, so we’re fast approaching the point when its successor should be made official. That hasn’t happened yet, but today we have the first leaked renders showing the upcoming Galaxy A26 in all its glory.
The phone measures 164 x 77.5 x 7.7 mm (9.7 mm if you include the camera bump). This makes it deeper, wider and thinner than its predecessor, interestingly enough – there’s a strong hint here that its screen will be larger than the 6.5″ panel employed by the A25, and indeed the source of these renders speculates that it will. Will be approximately 6.64″.
According to a benchmark run, the A26 will be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 1280 SoC, just like the A25, in one version paired with 6GB of RAM (though like the A25, more options will surely be offered). The Galaxy A26 may launch with Android 15 from day one and should be priced the same as its predecessor.
As you can see from the renders, the phone has a flat display with a positively vintage-looking waterdrop notch and chunky bottom bezels. The three cameras on the back are integrated into a single island, no more individual surrounds.
The edges are also flat, as they certainly are in 2024, but there’s also Samsung’s key island on the right side, which juts out from the flat frame to house the power and volume buttons.
