A few days ago the first leaked CAD-based render of the Galaxy S25 Ultra surfaced, and today the ‘vanilla’ Galaxy S25 has received the exact same treatment.

The upcoming phone is expected to be slightly smaller in all dimensions than its predecessor. It will measure 146.9 x 70.4 x 7.2mm, while the previous model measured 147 x 70.6 x 7.6mm.

Design-wise, the S25 will be very similar to the S24, but with smaller bezels (if these renders are correct) and rings for the cameras on the back. The flat edges are here to stay, it seems – at least until Apple decides to introduce a new style for the frame and every Android manufacturer follows suit again.

The Galaxy S25 will be powered by either an Exynos chipset (likely to be marketed as Exynos 2500) or a Snapdragon 8 gen 4, we have heard conflicting reports on this. The SoC will be paired with 12GB of RAM, but storage options will still start at 128GB like last year. The battery capacity is also likely to remain unchanged at 4,000 mAh.
