Report: the Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold is coming next month, some specs (unofficially) revealed | Infinium-tech
According to a publication cited by ice universeSamsung will launch its first tri-foldable next month. The news comes with some key details about the phone, even though Samsung has been quite secretive about it.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Trifold will reportedly be 4.2mm thick when opened and 14mm thick when closed. For comparison, the Galaxy Z Fold7 (a bi-fold model) measures the same 4.2mm when opened and 8.9mm when closed (note that the hinge leaves a small gap, which adds to the thickness).
Samsung Galaxy Z Trifold is reportedly coming on December 5th
The Z Trifold will have a similar 6.5″ cover display and a larger 10″ inner display – that inner display will have a wide-screen aspect ratio, unlike the Z Fold7’s square-ish 8″ display.
The phone will have a battery capacity of 5,600mAh, which will be divided into three cells, one in each segment. The Z Fold7 has a 4,400mAh battery split between two cells.
A report from a Korean publication chosun Confirms time and details of phone call. Note that the Z Trifold will only be manufactured in limited quantities and will be quite expensive (the last part is no surprise). It will only be available in select markets, so you might not even have the option to spend on it.

That may soon change – if this latest information is correct, Samsung will launch the Galaxy Z Trifold on December 5th.
