Redmi Note 15 Pro+ design teased ahead of launch | Infinium-tech
The Redmi Note 15 Pro series will be unveiled in China on August 21 and the company has started teasing the phone. In a series of posts on Weibo, Redmi has revealed the design of Note 15 Pro+and some major details.
According to the official images shared by the company on Weibo, Redmi Note 15 Pro+ will have a design similar to last year’s Note 14 Pro+. It will get a triple rear camera setup at the back. The phone will offer a curved body and a quad-hinge display.
In a separate Weibo post, Redmi confirmed that Note 15 Pro+ would come at the front with Xiaomi’s Dragon Crystal Glass and a fiberglass back panel. The company claims that the device has tolerated more than 50 drops on granite from a height of 2 meters.
The upcoming Redmi Note 15 Pro+ is rumored to use undeclared Snapdragon 7S Gen 4 SoC. However, a tipster has revealed that the phone will be equipped with 7S Gen 3 SoC instead, but with an overclock core to offer better performance.
According to the tipster, the phone appeared on Geekbench with Snapdragon 7S General 3SOC, with a core at 2.71 GHz. It exceeds the standard version, which is capted at the same core 2.5 GHz.
Note 15 Pro+ is listed on Geekbench with 16 GB RAM and Android 15. According to previous rumors, + variant can offer satellite connectivity, 1.5K resolution display, 7,000 mAh and 8,000 mAh capacity battery and 50 MP telephoto camera.
