Realme Neo8 specs leak, new SoC included | Infinium-tech
The Realme Neo7 made its debut in December last year, and so you might be wondering what happened to its successor. Don’t worry, according to a new rumor from China, the Neo8 is on the way.
While it’s still unclear when it will arrive, when it does it will have an 8,000 mAh battery, up from the 7,000 mAh cell on its predecessor. Realme Neo8 is reportedly powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC.

It has a metal frame and a glass front and back, as well as an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner. All this information has been leaked today.
Compared to the Neo7, we get a completely new chipset (also from a different manufacturer, the Neo7 uses the Dimensity 9300+), the larger battery we’ve already mentioned, and an improved fingerprint scanner (ultrasonic vs. optical). The Neo8 should also feature much higher dust and water resistance, though it remains to be seen whether it will surpass its predecessor’s IP68 and IP69 ratings (adding IP69K, perhaps?).
