Realme announces return to Finnish market on May 18 with three devices | Infinium-tech
Realme has announced its return to the Finnish market with an official post on its recently activated Instagram and TikTok accounts.
In a digital letter to Finnish users, Realme described itself as a young tech brand that was founded in 2018, and is the fastest growing smartphone brand in the world. The letter also acknowledges that Realme is a part of the Oppo smartphone family, which also includes OnePlus.
Speaking of which, reports suggest that OnePlus is downsizing its operations in Europe, which clearly suggests Realme as a possible replacement.
In the same announcement post, Realme confirmed that it will launch the Realme GT 8 Pro (“true flagship killer”), Realme 16 series, and Realme C100 5G (“everyday durable hero”) on Monday, May 18.
Realme’s Instagram posted the news
This is not Realme’s first attempt at relaunching in Finland. Local sources report that this is the manufacturer’s third attempt, but earlier efforts had received little interest from local retailers.
