Poco F7 Ultra is now receiving HyperOS 3 based on Android 16 | Infinium-tech
Yesterday, Xiaomi 15 global units started receiving the HyperOS 3 update based on Android 16, after Xiaomi announced the rollout a few days ago.
Today it’s time for the Poco F7 Ultra to get the same treatment. Specifically, European units are now receiving the update, identified as OS3.0.3.0.WOMEUXM. As you would expect, it’s based on Android 16 and gives you the latest and greatest skin from Xiaomi.
The update comes as a 7.6GB over-the-air download, so make sure you only try to get it if you’re connected to a fast enough network. If you have an F7 Ultra purchased from Europe (you can check if its current firmware build has the letters “EU”), you can go to Settings > About Phone > System Updates to manually check for HyperOS 3.
The new software promises a refreshed look (which is inspired by iOS, to be honest), better performance, better memory management and background process management, as well as optimized power consumption.
