Philips smartphones and tablets are coming, specs leak for one of the first | Infinium-tech
India’s smartphone and tablet market is getting ready to welcome a new entrant, Philips. Of course, it is a local company (Xenotel) that has purchased the rights to the Philips name. Its launch has been talked about for the past few weeks, and today details of one of the first devices from Philips have been leaked.
It’s called the Philips Pad Air, so we assume it’s a tablet. It will have Unisoc T606 chipset, which will be paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. The screen will have a “2K” resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate, and the lights will be kept on by a 7,000 mAh battery with support for 18W wired charging.

The device is reportedly going to be launched in the first quarter of next year i.e. before the end of March. Smartwatches and laptops are also planned to use the Philips brand, and all will arrive in 2026.
