Oppo has added a new member to its A6 series, called the Oppo A6x, which comes in 4G and 5G versions.
The most notable difference between the 4G and 5G models of the Oppo A6x is the chipset. The 4G variant (CPH2819) is powered by the Snapdragon 685 SoC, while the 5G variant (CPH2823) has the Dimensity 6300 SoC under the hood.
Rest of the specifications are same. Both models run ColorOS 15 and come with a 6.75″ HD+ 120Hz LCD with 1,125 nits brightness (HBM) and GlowTouch support. They have a 13MP primary camera, a 5MP selfie camera, and a 6,500 mAh battery with 5W reverse wired charging support.
The 5G model of Oppo A6x supports 45W charging, but the 4G version does not support fast charging. Additionally, Oppo has listed the A6x 4G with a monochrome camera on the rear, but it has not shared any details about the secondary rear camera on the A6x 5G.
Other highlights of the 4G and 5G models of the Oppo A6x include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, USB-C, 3.5mm headphone jack, and IP64 rating.
