OpenAI announces ChatGPT Agent – its agentic AI that does tasks for you | Infinium-tech

Openai announced its latest agent AI called Chatgpt Agent. It combines the ability to interact in chatgpt with deep research skills and information synthesis, with the ability to interact with the websites and the conversational flow of the websites and chatgpt to the operator to work on your behalf.

As Openai puts it, “The CHATGPT agent carries tasks using its own virtual computer, to handle the complex workflows between the shifting between liquid logic and action from beginning to end, all depending on your instructions.”

So what can it do?

You can ask it to automate repetition-related functions such as re-functioning meetings, updating the spreadsheet or automation-related tasks such as presentation slides and research reports. It can plan travel, houses and activities with the same prompt or schedule appointments on your behalf.

You can link other services and apps like Gmail and Github, so the Chatgpt agent can find relevant information for your signals.

With the previous Openai release, the Chatgpt agent will follow a staged rollout. This is available to the chat Pro users while doing plus, and team members will get on Monday. Those users will see a new agent mode in the dropdown menu tool on Chatgpt.
