OnePlus N6 arrives with 8,000mAh battery and Dimensity 6360 Max | Infinium-tech

There’s a brand new OnePlus smartphone series and India is the first market to get it. The most striking feature of the OnePlus N6 is its large 8,000mAh battery. It supports 45W SuperVOOC wired charging as well as 5W reverse wired charging, so you can use the N6 as a powerbank.

OnePlus has also included bypass charging, so the N6 can draw power directly to its motherboard without having to access the battery. This helps keep the device cool during intensive tasks like gaming. OnePlus proudly claims that the N6’s battery is engineered to survive more than 1,600 charge cycles and maintain more than 80% battery health after 7 years of use.

The rest of the spec sheet includes MediaTek’s Dimensity 6360 Max chipset, which sits on top along with 4/6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. There is a microSD card slot for storage expansion.

On the front is a 6.8-inch IPS LCD with HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel is rated at 1,200 nits peak local brightness and houses an 8MP front-facing camera housed inside the punch-hole cutout.

On the back there is a 50MP main camera with f/1.8 aperture. The software side is covered by OxygenOS 16.0 based on Android 16, with OnePlus promising 2 major OS updates and 3 years of security patches.

OnePlus N6 comes in Fresh Mint and Midnight Green colors. ground line 4/128GB version starts INR 22,999 ($243/€213 converted), while 6/128GB is trim INR 24,999. In India, open sale on OnePlus India and Amazon India will start from July 4.
