One UI 6.1.1 update makes it to the Galaxy S22, Fold4, Flip4, and Tab S8 | Infinium-tech

Samsung on Monday started rolling out the One UI 6.1.1 update for the Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy Z Flip 5, and Galaxy Z Fold 5, and today the company is rolling out the update to some tablets as well as the predecessors of these devices.

We are talking about the Galaxy S22 family, Fold4, Flip4, and Galaxy Tab S8 models. As usual, such updates have originated in Samsung’s native South Korea.

For the Galaxy S22 family, it is being rolled out as software version S90xNKSU5EXH7 with a download size of over 2.8GB. The Galaxy Z Flip4 gets version F721NKSU4GXH7, while the Fold4 has F936NKSU4GXH7. The Tab S8 has firmware X700XXU8CXHB, the S8+ gets X800XXU8CXHB, and the S8 Ultra has X900XXU8CXHB.

The update also brings the September 2024 security patch level to all these devices. The One UI 6.1.1 update most importantly includes AI features that debuted on the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Galaxy Z Flip6.

Now that its implementation has begun, it is expected to spread rapidly across the world in the next few days.
