Motorola teases “world’s slimmest military grade phone” | Infinium-tech
Motorola is soon going to launch a new smartphone in India. According to the brand, it will be the world’s thinnest “military grade phone” – which means it is the thinnest handset to have received the MIL-STD-810 certification for durability.
It will be offered by Flipkart and will be protected against accidental drops, shaking, extreme heat, extreme cold, and humidity.
It is unclear which device this is, but some are speculating that it could be the recently leaked Motorola Edge 50 Neo. It will be the successor to the Edge 40 Neo that was launched last September.
It will reportedly be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage or 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
It is said to feature a 6.5-inch 120Hz POLED display with Gorilla Glass 3 on top, a triple rear camera system (50MP main, 13MP ultrawide, 10MP telephoto), a 32MP selfie shooter, and a 4,310mAh battery. It will be 8.1mm thick and weigh 171 grams. It is expected to be offered in four colours: Nautical Blue, Latte, Grisel, and Poinciana.
