Motorola Edge 70 Max is official with a 7,100mAh battery and 6.8-inch display | Infinium-tech
Motorola has expanded its Edge 70 lineup in India with the launch of the Edge 70 Max. The new smartphone has a large 6.8-inch display, 7,100mAh battery and Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset.
The 6.8-inch AMOLED display offers Quad HD+ resolution, a refresh rate of 144Hz, a peak brightness of 7,000 nits, and HDR10+ support. It also comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner.

It is available with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The phone comes with Android 16 with Motorola promising 3 OS upgrades along with 5 years of security updates.
For photography, the Edge 70 Max is equipped with a 50MP Sony LYTIA 710 primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 2-in-1 light sensor. On the front, it features a 32MP selfie camera housed inside a center hole-punch cutout.

Keeping the lights on is a 7,100mAh battery that supports 90W wired charging and 25W magnetic wireless charging.
The handset also offers an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance, MIL-STD-810H certification, an aluminum frame, and Gorilla Glass 7i protection on both the front and back.

Other features include stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, Wi-Fi 7, GPS, dual-SIM 5G connectivity, and USB Type-C.
The Motorola Edge 70 Max will be available in Pantone Dark Shadow, Pantone Ice Melt, and Pantone Aqua Gray color options from July 20.
The price for the 8GB/256GB variant starts at ₹54,999 ($570), while the 12GB/256GB model is priced at ₹59,999 ($625).
