iQOO 15T arrives with Dimensity 9500 Monster chip, 8,000mAh battery and 200MP main cam | Infinium-tech
The iQOO 15T has been revealed as the first T-series device from the brand. It gets a different chip than the regular iQOO 15 and Ultra models, replacing the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 “Monster Edition” SoC.

It’s a custom version of the regular 9500 with better frame-rate stability thanks to iQOO’s in-house Q3 gaming chip. The phone is configurable with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage.

The front features a 6.82-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED display with 2K resolution (3,168 × 1,440px) and a fast 144Hz refresh rate. The panel gets 4,500 nits peak local brightness, an integrated 16MP front-facing camera, and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

And while the 15T is mostly focused on gaming, it’s also the brand’s first phone with a 200MP main camera. It uses a 1/1.56″ sensor with an f/1.88 aperture and OIS. The second shooter on the back is a 50MP ultrawide lens.

The other standout feature is the 8,000mAh Si-C battery, which supports fast 100W wired charging. Wireless charging didn’t make the cut, but the 15T brings IP68 and IP69 ingress protection. The software side is covered by OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
