iQOO 15 Ultra runs Geekbench revealing its chipset and RAM amount | Infinium-tech
The iQOO 15 Ultra is going official on February 4, and the brand has already revealed some details about it. Today, a device that is rumored to be the iQOO 15 Ultra has been spotted in the Geekbench database with model number V2546A.
As you can see in the screenshot below, it achieved a single-core score of 3,601 and a multi-core score of 11,434 in Geekbench 6.5 for Android. The Geekbench listing confirms that it is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, and the prototype running the benchmark had 16GB of RAM.

The iQOO 15 Ultra will run on Android 16 from day one, with OriginOS 6 on top. The device will be a more gaming-oriented version of the already available iQOO 15, adding shoulder triggers along with a 600Hz sampling rate, as well as being rumored to have the largest active cooling fan ever fitted to a smartphone.
According to previous leaks, it will have the same screen as the ‘vanilla’ 15, a triple rear camera setup, a 32MP selfie camera, and a 7,400 mAh battery with support for 100W wired charging.
