Huawei Mate 80 series to offer 14-day battery life with new Outdoor mode | Infinium-tech
Huawei’s Mate 80 series is set to launch at an event in China on November 25. After recently showcasing camera samples from the lineup, the company has now highlighted a new feature for outdoor enthusiasts.
In a video posted on Weibo, Huawei revealed that the Mate 80 series will introduce a new battery-saving feature called ‘ Outdoor Mode ‘, which promises to extend battery life by several days.
Huawei claims that the new mode can be used for 14 days on a single full charge. That’s an impressive figure, but we’ll have to wait for the phone to launch to see how it fares in real-world use.
The Mate X7 foldable and MatePad Edge tablets will also be introduced at the Huawei Mate 80 series launch event.
